Interesting - where do you read that article as "non-positive" (almost negative) ?? It's basically reporting on current state of the situation and the *potential* future action of Mayne.
It says: "Any bid accepted by Organon would need to be within this range to be accepted by the board." when talking about independent advice "suggests between $6.61 and $7.99 is fair and reasonable"
