State Street lent shares to UBS just before the vote.
UBS now has those votes, or they have sold the borrowed shares to someone else, which could be the same party that bought the Tembo stake.
UBS hoping to buy back SPR shares cheaply after a failed merger, leaving whoever has the blocking stake to get on with whatever they have in mind?
Sigh.
