In other words the CCP indirectly holds just under 20% of HRZ. Oh goody! With that amount of shares,they'll eventually have at least two directors on the Board given on average about 60% of shareholders vote at Board elections. Which means a solid block of 33% voting power. That equals control in my view. My only consoling thought is that they'll want the share price to go up at some point to prevent control being wrested back from them.
