I wouldn't say DAU has nothing Exone. DAU trades at a discount to cash balances and still have at least 25% of the Plutonic Dome, or they get the whole thing back if ORD defaults on its drilling obligations which is fairly foreseeable. (Or decides to cease investment after stage 1).
DAU have spent $19m exploring the Plutonic Dome since they bought it for $872k from Barrick in 2010 (from accounts, and excludes corp costs). They have increased the resource in that time from 264,000oz to 704,000oz. Does anyone have any ideas on the value of the Dome to NST? I know in the presentation they seem to talk more of expanding Plutonic from the more immediate area without need for drilling.
Its all a bit interesting with both DAU and ORD asx listed and trading for peanuts. I suppose that's what they are worth, particularly given Plutonic itself only sold for $25m. It does make me wonder a little though with the change in ownership of Plutonic what might happen.
