The history if my memory serves me correct is that Ironbark acquired Citronen from Bedford, not 100% on the financials but a significant amount of IBG shares were included in the deal.
In my opinion the continual and relentless pressure on the share price over the past 18 or more months had alot to do with this matter.Of course this is purely my own speculation plough
