Kissie was right. IBG bought it for $6m + 8mil issued shares back in 2007/2008. Even few years back Bedford still owned around 10-11% in IBG shares... then sold out, maybe profit taking ? Now With 4,000,000 issued, Bedford will become 1% holder.

My own strategy is to average up just to be on the safe side, my next buy must be $0.075 then $0.095 & so on.
