Maybe the proof reader had too much champagne! The circles referred to were dry holes.
Now that the cash is in the bank the sceptics will be silenced. With two large cashed up partners and very significant cash reserves I can't see CVN being undervalued much longer. FID must be close and a drilling update from STO not too far away. Let's hope the development of Dorado can be fast tracked. IMO STO needs more oil production. Perhaps the new partner will aid them in finding a suitable vessel to hold the oil and might be the leading contender to buy another 20-30% from STO.
