I think the market was wary of the 10% sale and I believe it will rise again when the money comes through. I agree with kkw . STO will want the buyback at the lowest possible price and will probably not make any major announcements until it's complete. Let's hope FID and the drilling schedule can come before 2024. I'm amazed there hasn't been a takeover offer as the price shouldn't go any lower. Perhaps waiting for the cash to come in and FID announcement.
