that needs to be either a growth or dividend opportunity
CVN is neither
I remember the wild Vietnam days and the the switch to NW shelf which was reasonable at the time

there are a few here from the old days
time to divest and move on is well past

im sure their were a few carriage builders that hung in till
the bitter end and took some old intransigents with them to the grave

if Cvn management had any imagination or shareholder interest at heart this company would have sold off their assets and invested in alternate future energy projects
about 5 years ago
