I suggest you Google “nopta WA-488-P” and see for yourself. The regulator has been willing so far to approve extensions and variations to the original WP. Most regulators are during a downturn. Assuming B-1 is a success, not sure drilling a 2nd appraisal well on the prospect satisfies the 2 well commitment, as that technically wouldn’t be an exploration well.
