Absolutely, both Ensign and Halliburton are up with the leaders in their field, and Empire are making very careful decisions this close to the pilot program.
The placement of the gas processing plant will be a welcome announcement too, but I can't not smile that both Empire and Tamboran seem to be in a race to be first.
