I've watched BGA since it crashed late last year, unfortunately I didn't have enough spare money to buy in at the time, but I like the company model and am very pleased to see this deal go ahead with BGA picking it up rather than Australian food supplies going into the hands of a hostile state. It's good to see something being done sensibly.
I'll be watching BGA closely and likely will buy in if the share price drops to around the issue price, which seems likely. I'm not personally a big consumer of dairy but I do like this company.
