Educated truly ,rather than just people ‘do research’ important , although of course everyone will do reading for themselves. Nothing you purport here is new, lactose intolerance and simple disagree-ness well -known and understood.
Fact of life for large % of population of the world. Great proportion of people have traditionally lived with little dairy consumption, particularly cows milk.

Milk and dairy are whole foods and provide broad spectrum nutrition of our bodies mineral and vitamin needs.
Certainly compared to fruits especially.
Complicated.

For here- Bega is a high quality food company, with own distribution network (which I gather could be improved) , high quality protein food provider.
