    Any JV IMO will be at the cost of equity in the leases. This has been discussed here before I think......but a freecarry to production and retain a decent % is what I'm looking for in a JV. I would like it to be the Chinese running the show, its much harder to bite the hand that feeds you IMO. DB

    Ps: anyone care to have a stab at what % AVZ might be able to hang on to if free carried?
