They don't care about the project, they've already made millions. They been selling into all rallies hence why the thing hasn't been able to move higher. They've killed upward momentum every time. I suggest they're already sitting on tidy profit so selling down some holdings at breakeven or at a marginal loss isn't difficult to understand.
