The stated aim of Besra is to produce Au concentrate by the end of the year.

To do this they will need to commission a first stage production facility.

As this will need to be up and running by December you would think there will be a requirement for some hefty CAPEX to buy the equipment, have it delivered, installed and running.

I would expect given the relatively short time-frame that orders will have been placed for the necessary equipment and this will involve paying all or some of it upfront.

Also ongoing drilling and assays.

Plenty to spend it on this month and next imo.
