    Yeah, the CAPEX VS OPEX discussion around the haulage is one that has been raised here multiple times...

    Perhaps Paul is trying to be conservative and keep the start up costs as low as possible?

    Perhaps there are other considerations like recruitment and training, but perhaps the cost in years 1 and 2 don't make sense, but it does when we get closer to 2mtpa (economies of scale)?

    I am sure an experienced operator is good from a risk perspective also.
