Yep and to make things worse for shareholders they've got Orion in the bag who already own 28% of the stock and you guessed it, by the looks of things SRK, Orion and the BEL who put up the bid are all run by some of the same people as you can see from the bid.
Is there any Law around this, surely this can't be legal but I'm not a legal expert?
The caveat also is I don't own SRK but I have in the past and followed it for years. Feel sorry for shareholders right now, this doesn't smell right.
