    Yes this is very incestuous and the Strike board is hardly independent.
    Samantha Tough is the supposedly sole independent director of Molopo and was appointed by Bentley to that position .Bentley have a 19.9% stake in Molopo together with Keybridge Capital (KBC )
    Shareholders should be asking for a complete independent review.
    Or get Keybridge Capital to come in a be a spoiler for Bentley.Someone call Nic Bolton
