Hello. LEL do not need to wind up the company to distribute to shareholders. They can simply pay a dividend.
The directors obviously want to work & earn a salary; as well as acquire performance shares, etc.
The insider shareholders are:
1. Strike 30%
2. Directors 1,422,621 + 110,000 + 1,422,621 + 25,000 + 1,173,706 = 3.6%
I am not sure how shareholders will raise a resolution to have LEL wound up and then gain a majority vote.
