8.92cents unfranked fy16. so 2.22c a quarter. @ 158 close, its yield is only 5.6% unfranked. thats not much better than the A-reit index.
it was good value around 1.10, when the yield was a healthy 8%. that gave you a decent distribution and something to look forward to.
