Very Young Chinese kids 2-8 years old don't play much with ipads and phones though Chinese parents have a perception that watching tv or playing computers and ipads when a child is young will damage their eyesight, so games like thomas will be a harder sell in china than in the west.

Also grandparents tend to care for the children under 3 and they won't let them near something like an ipad and if they do old people here are extremely frugal, I once threw a very old paint stained jumper in the trash my wifes older uncle saw it fished it out of the bin and he still wears it now around 7 years later, old people here won't bother or even know how to make purchases.

For kids chinese teenagers are the market when it comes to apps most kids in cities over 12 here have an iphone or something similar, the neighborhood boys who play with my sons like clash of clans or shooting zombie games, I think the brands they have will work very well with Chinese teenage girls though.

Chinese teenagers are also very spoiled spending $20 on an app is nothing to them.

But I think the biggest market is adults though, I don't know what it is with asains but they seem to get addicted to things very easily to them apps seem to be an escape from their pretty crappy lives and jobs.

The key to doing business in china though is to have good partners, the partners they have are big players in china, if they develop addictive games targeting the right market with the brands they have, they will do very well in china.

Have a look at that broker data mate. Worth jumping on I reckon if not for a short term trade.

40c target from a few brokers. I will hold for 30c minimum I reckon and buy more next week after seeing that broker data.
