Thanks for the feedback gents. Much appreciated. I'm still optimistic on SPZ. I think the mistakes of the past are behind them but that's not to suggest they won't find new ones!
If they can keep executing in terms of adding car spaces then the medium term outlook remains positive IMO despite forecast recession, as the business model is more consumer defensive than consumer discretionary.
