Not a lot new in the presentation but first time (happy to be corrected) that the DPA has been directly called out? There has been lots of chat re the IRA funding path but that, whilst huge, is primarily aimed at funding of investments direct within the US (as I understand it) whereas the DPA (although smaller) allows for funding of projects outside the US, like Dubbo potentially........?? I would not be surprised to see the DoD in the US wanting to take an active role in securing their REE needs outside China!
