I don’t think concentrator in this context is in reference to a specific line item...like a jig or centrifugal concentrator.

In this context the regional concentrator is essentially another ‘processing-plant/facility’ that would potentially be built out around Withnell and used to pre-process the 2.2 Moz regional resources i.e. produce a sulfide- and or grav-concentrate to then truck to Hemi. So, it would likely include a comminution circuit, gravity and/or flotation etc. But would likely include some sort of density based particle concentrator somewhere in the design.
