I appreciate that mills vary in size and complexity, but in your own view how much are we talking about ? assuming we had the most basic one for our needs. Also I wondered, even if we got a second hand mill, do you think we would be better off just continuing to use established mills on a profit sharing basis? I would be interested in any ones views on the subject
