As the Lakewood mil is privatley owned I believe ,we could do a partnership deal ,shares and cash maybe .
I agree with previous posts there is no way we will be producing in our mill in 2022 ,all plans have been put back due to covid causing delays at labs stc ,thus causing our SP to stagnaate making it too low to raise sufficient capital
