That's how I read it - having come this far, I would be amazed if the Board + major shareholders threw in the towel and looked to sell out now. I think they would be more interested in this being a local "cornerstone" Tier 1 mine that others nearby may piggy-back off either in processing or selling their own smaller deposits into.
