ONLY price that matters is China domestic which does NOT include 13% VAT expressed in Yuan or converted to USD/kg, all else nonsense.
Only ROW producer of scale quoted NdPr USD117.5kg for Dec 21 as a base price, they will likely have negotiated relatively small long term premiums with certain customers but nothing like the silly prices constantly being touted ROW touted.
