Your entire criticism now seems to boil down to: It was very hard for lynas to get up a decade ago therefore it will be impossible for arafura to get up now. It's almost like you seem to think it's 2009 still. Well, the world has changed and it is no longer 2009 and The west needs redundancy in this area and that means not relying on a) china or b) a sole producer (lynas). That's the bet that is being made here.
Also what happened to the mineral sands projects you wre telling us would render every hard rock NdPr project redundant a couple of months ago?
