Hi holders, new meat has arrived to the company!

I 'stumbled' over AMN whilst searching Australian Potash producers. The BP report looks promising and the current mc too looks very attractive, for a longer term investment.

However, as I have been trying to decipher the current financials and SPP, I seem to struggle with a few items which I would really appreciate some help with please?

Cash on hand vs outgoings. How much money is currently on hand? Approximately how long would current funds last , in order to keep the company liquid?
If the forward budgets don't allow for a relatively long term operations, then what is the projected timeline be as to any more income is needed, by yet another SPP?

The terms of the current SPP mention @.35, however I am confused as to the discounted, or 'free' share 'giveaway' , and their effect on the current shares on offer. [ie more indirect dilution again?]

Does this have a material effect on the current shares on offer, the SPP dilution, AND the market cap , post raising?
IE- say 100 milion shares + 20% 'free' shares = 120 million , diluted to the current SOO.

Once I get my head around these figures, I am then able to arrive at a supposed, mental 'support' price in which to hopefully enter.
Yes,they have little to do with sentiment, which on the whole is very positive and excited, which is more than understandable. However, I'm a bit of a scrooge and like to see what is going under the hood before I buy into the shiny paint work and leather trim.
