Did you follow KLL or SO4 from listing/re-structure?
The “DD” undertaken by KLL looked robust in terms of technical work. The financial analysis was optimistic.
SO4 took a high risk approach.
AMN couldn’t rush. Their environmental burden is significant. Secondly their switch from a rail based logistics option to opening up their own road corridor has added significant native title hurdles.
I think a lot of potash investors will appreciate that all these companies are attempting to do the same thing, evaporate mixed salts from an inland brine source and convert these salts into SOP. Success at either KLL or SO4 is still critical. It explains why Savich is raising at 37 cents and offering bonus shares.
