I've been hearing a lot about the possibility of being allowed to export, particularly upfront, but wonder how a contract with an offshore customer would work if the domestic market goes into deficit and suppliers are forced to keep it local. I mean, what does that mean in terms of security or reliability of contracts for those offshore customers? Is that really a viable plan?
