Rightly or wrongly, management decided that this is the best value for shareholders & hence voted to accept it.

From their perspective, they're damned if they do & damned if they dont... i.e. Say the SP kept languishing where it was and / or even drifted lower - you guys would call for their heads.

I only had a tiny position which I sold & switched to BUB because I wanted to maintain the milk / IF exposure and Jack Ma of Alibaba owns 15% of BUB - so maybe lightning will strike twice if i'm lucky

You should all be wrapped with today's takeover. Very nice premium & its also 'clean'.
