Looks like we have been ambushed and backed into a corner by a Cayman Islands Chinese based conglomerate.
Been at the mercy for this to happen since all the shorting by the Norwegians and with the past slow missed early SAMR approval windows that other switched on milk companies jumped through.
As we know things have changed at the moment with trade tensions and South China Sea territory games.
Very sad indeed that this company is being taken cheaply due to circumstances now out of managements control.
