    Looks like the SAMR process has delivered for the offshore politically linked interests.

    The shorts are going to be screaming for mercy LOL.

    Will there be a competing bid from disaffected shareholders? Or have have those parties just been handed their backsides and are out of cash with their oh so clever short selling?
