Lower grade, higher costs: LOM AISC is estimated at A$1,079/oz, which is
higher than the ~A$900/oz LOM AISC we had modelled. This is largely due to
a lower-than-expected inventory grade of 6.4g/t that was outlined in BGL’s
study. Pre-production capital costs are estimated at A$269m in the study,
higher than the A$155m we estimated due to a bigger process facility. With
BGL maintaining its aggressive drill programs throughout development we now
include a A$100m capital raise to complete project funding
