Is that now a redundant question given they have a mill , and a $1.5 Billion market cap which surely would not result in much dilution if only needing say a top up of 7 % ($100 million ) and guessing that is a maximum to get into steady production ?
Maybe your first question is more pertinent but instead of "what is beneficial to shareholders" it could read what is beneficial to PARTICULAR shareholders , as a higher market cap , more stable , less risky company is probably more what Institutions are looking for rather than retail holders in this sector so there is probably a rational rebalancing happening on the share register to reflect that if going with RMS or whoever ?
