It’s relatively flat ( lake county) with rocky outcrops they targeted to collect samples. In my experience in snow regions yes there may be snow but these rocky outcrops generally remain exposed unless the snow depth becomes many metres deep. It’s fairly low altitude and extremely cold but it can actually can get too cold to snow heavy mid winter, it drys up around -20c. It might be a simple as flying over the area and landing where they see potential pegmatite outcrops.

I will wait and see but if they find decent samples and pay to have them assayed urgently , not impossible to get a drill spinning by say February if a rig became available.
