If paulsens mill is running at 80% then maybe getting mining and tolling contract with DRE signed could fill the gap. DRE has mining licenses in place and an indicated mre of 23kt.
Waiting an estimated 6mths to get mining license is a high risk.
if the economics are to fill the mill earlier this option seems to be a monty to me .
More gold sooner for both parties.
