I don't think that you can say that the arrangement to pay half the cost of drilling by issue of shares "indicates that you don't actually have the money to pay.." What it may indicate is that the drillers, who know much more than shareholders, are happy to receive shares in BC8 rather than cash as part payment and that the directors are careful money managers.
