This debate all took place on Xuwai re HSBC, Toronto Dominion Bank and the Australian Banks, there r four "majors" in Australia for the four top property destinations of mainlanders and two regionals for a diversifiable bank portfolio connected to these global property growth stories.
Melbourne contains one of the top 6 most valuable land masses in the world if u consider South East Melbourne the real value in the Melbourne property market. The others are in order: Hong Kong, Sydney, Vancouver and Auckland. The P.R.C. mainland money seems fully invested not only in US Treasuries but also property in SE Melbourne, North Shore Sydney, Bible Belt Auckland, Hong Kong Kowloon and New Territories, Southside Vancouver/ Dunlevy.
Glen Waverly (Melb), Balwyn (Mel), Chats'wood (Syd), Sydney Upper North Shore (Syd), Mt Roskill (Auckland), Happy Valley (HK) and Dunlevy (Vancouver) are predicted to be the seven most valuable property conurbations of the world in the future, especially if as expected Presidents Trump and Xi remain in office for much longer IMHO
