There are many reasons but simplistic one is that BEN has been standstill under current CEO and previous chairman.
No point going back and pull out stories but good thing is that finally CEO changing...!
Risk is that new CEO and Chairman are both with BEN since 2018 so I don't expect them to be anything special but happy if they real can make a difference.. !
