The interested parties that need to be investigated and pursued would be the financial planners who may have given "conflicted advice" to their clients in that they may have been receiving a commission for each investor that was directed into the product. They may not have done a full due diligence on the product and may have been misleading their client. The advice was not in the "best interests of their client" and they would have professional liability insurance to be tapped. just a thought for those who may need it.
