They we're never going to get finance before DFS, maybe they thought they could get a partner on board.
Looks like DFS pushed out to 2020 as 'commence DFS engineering' late 2019.
There's obviously more focus on releasing a very good DFS, than rushing a sub standard one.
As shown elsewhere, finance is what matters, and a sub standard DFS ain't going to get that.
