I have not quite the understanding as you with terminology and when i look this up it comes vagueness,
so many times NVX says "IP is being file" , or "Patent being file", does that mean it hasn't been accepted yet?, not yet filed? Patent etc all seem to be about who is in first,
I see other company announce Patent has been accepted which then of course lead me to think, who then has the rights?
