I think the bull case is the recent rise in production of hybrids while emission standards also rise, meaning more palladium is needed. Plus Russian supply is a question while war continues. Bear case is another tech turn to full EVs (IMO, impending Chinese roll out of LMFP and improved anodes) and return to biz as usual in Eurasia.
