I have only had a cursory read but I cannot see any reference to Holdco committing to progressing Benitec's pipeline so, at this stage, I don't know on what Holdco will spend our cash reserve. It also means that, at this stage, there is no way of estimating the potential of Holdco.

Jerel obviously has enough frequent flyer points and does not want any more.

On a lighter note, the HC BLT thread will shortly be wound up. So, adios amigos, it's been a fun trip for most of the time. May all past and present posters be happy, healthy and well off.

Certainly not surprising to see. Not cheap to go through redomiciling a company but I guess they have a lot of cash to waste on doing this. As you say, the lawyers will make out on this one. I'm sure the corrupt Board will take all they can from the company before it becomes Holdco
