I've only had this once before though last time there was a cash component like you had the choice of cash or stock or half half. It seems here they are only offering stock if you don't want the hassle maybe get out but I am holding through cause last time it worked out well took a couple of years for the take over. My bet and this is not advice please DYOR. A few tax forms to fill out but eventually I'm expecting a letter that will buy me out but that will be long term.
