I entirely agree and suspect they have seen something of interest in the survey data.
KEX didn't just wake up one morning and decide to go with minnow VAL. There is more to this than is being said and if any drilling results look positive at these deeper depths, then VAL could move quite quickly to $30-50M mcap.
